    Job role
    The Workplace Service department is responsible for the operation of a modern workplace for all employees and partners of the Allianz Group. This includes notebooks, desktops, virtual clients (AVC/VDI), file services, Office 365, mailing, service desk, field services and other products. You work within Workplace Services in a completely agile environment, organized in so-called squads (product teams) and chapters (role/skills-based teams). Working as member of an agile DevOps team supporting the Cluster Product Owner of the GMS. The aim is to offer and provide the Global Mailing service in a high quality and to continuously increase the quality standard.

    Coordinate, monitor, steer and continuously improve the services / service delivery according to service lifecycle management
    Driving the definition of key indicators and relevant parameters for the Global Mail service, in collaboration with the dedicated Product Owners (cost, quality, capacity, business continuity, monitoring and overall IT compliance of the delivered service)
    Developing cost-effective IT services within the agile team that contribute to overall AZT portfolio to ensure End-to-End Responsibility for the Service with focus on Global Level
    Focus on Service management through the whole Matrix organization for GMS
    Continued Improvement of GMS Service along the ITIL framework, taking into standardization and simplification
    Working with and steering Third Party Supplier´s and steering contract of SaaS-Providers
    Oversee and guide all activities of the Service team.
    Coordinate SLA creations.
    Ensure team follows best practices and maintain service level agreements.
    Monitors department issues and client complaints.
    Develop problem management and service improvement plans.
    Act as a stand-in for the Product Owner

    Overview knowledge of Infrastructures SAN Storage, VMware vSphere, E-Mail Security Service
    Fundamental knowledge of Exchange and Cisco E-Mail security products and ProofPoint Enterprise archiveKnowledge of relevant IT products, services and tools (Jira, Confluence, MS Office Suite)
    Fluent in written and spoken English and experience in engaging in customer relationship management in a worldwide setup.
    German language knowledge is a plus
