    Job role
    Deliver best in class service in Protection & Resilience for global customers that fulfils regulatory and internal requirements

    Responsibilities
    Offer a unique mix of consultancy & operational services for Business Continuity Management & IT Service Continuity Management offered to clients globally
    Lead the Program management, Business Impact Assessment & Fit-Gap Analysis, Response Strategies & Plans, Training and Testing stages in a waterfall-agile project management style
    Ensure proper coordination and communication between the converging P&R domains (Global Incident Management, Crisis Management, Protective Security etc.)
    Perform analysis, process evaluation, threat identification and provide recommendations for implementation
    Prepare, revise and maintain relevant documentation
    Develop / support the development of risk awareness campaigns (training material, infographics, etc.)
    Advising other subject matter experts on implementation of Allianz standards with relevance to P&R
    Preparing and presenting updates and developments to relevant Stakeholders
    Lead large, client-facing projects while mentoring/training junior team members

    Requirements
    University degree
    At least 5 years of relevant working experience in Protection & Resilience domains (Business Continuity / IT Service Continuity – IT DR) ideally in the financial / insurance industry
    Ideally holder of recognized qualification and certification in Protection & Resilience
    Proven experience in Project & Stakeholder management
    Ability to analyze data and extrapolate relevant information, identify problem root causes and think creatively for solutions
    Experience in conducting Protection & Resilience relevant workshops and trainings
    Entrepreneurial with strong managerial skills
    Strong customer service orientation
    Ability to deliver high-quality results and takes ownership of initiatives
    Technical understanding of IT tools
    Proficiency with MS Office – especially MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
    Fluent English is necessary, knowledge of German or other languages is a plus
