    Responsibilities

    • Setting project goals and coming up with plans to meet those goals
    • Maintaining project timeframes, budgeting estimates and status reports
    • Managing resources for projects, such as equipment and employees
    • Prepare team meetings
    • Using project management tools to track project performance and schedule adherence
    • Act as SPoC for team questions on any engagement-related topics
    • Draft top quality work products, e.g. an onboarding documentation or a lessons learned overview
    • Anticipate and respond to ad hoc project needs (tasks, processes)
    • Actively contribute towards improving  deliverables, processes and structure
    • Own meetings scheduling and preparation
    • Ability to manage complex global topics
    Requirements
    • 1-2 years of experience in managing a project
    • Understanding of common project management methods.
    • First experience with IT architecture of a financial service provider, nice to have
    • Must speak fluently in English, writing fluently in English; other language (German is beneficial)
    • Basic technical understanding (structured database  )
    • Experience with PM tools (e.g. Jira)
    • Experience in working in an international environment
    • MS Office package knowledge
    • Bachelor’s degree

    • Familiarity with tools and metrics needed to evaluate project performance
    • Ability to work independently and self-conscientiously
    • Creative and open mind for changes
    • Effective communication – both oral & written - is essential
