    Experience working in a similar position within manufacturing or other centralized functions;
    Proven track record of successful people leadership and engagement;
    Ability to quickly develop meaningful stakeholder/supplier relationships;
    Proficiency with systems, including resource planning, MS Office suite;
    Assertive, adaptable, resilient and embraces change;
    Skilled in negotiation, problem solving oriented;
    Self-motivated and calm under pressure;
    Highly process and compliance focused;
    Strong communication skills to enable stakeholder management across all levels of the business;
    Professional English skills, German can be an advantage in business relationship


    Coordinates a team of engineers in successfully launching new development projects;
    Oversees day to day operations of the team;
    Monitors team performance and creates plans to close the gaps where needed;
    Supports the department in achieving target by setting clear team goals and monitors their achievement;
    Develops people’s skills in order to maintain standards and achieve teams and departments targets
