University degree in electrical engineering, electronics, automation or computer science.
Professional experience in system and requirements engineering (DOORS/PTC Integrity is a plus)
Knowledge of automotive functional safety (ISO 26262)
Very good command of english (spoken and written)
Experience in Hardware and Software developments in automotive
Analytical and structured approach (SPICE and V-Model) with focus on details
Experience with FMEA tool IQRM is a plus
Strong Team Player with good communication skills
Elicitate customer requirements specification with focus on safety relevant requirements
Create Customer Requirements Specification in DOORS and review them with internal stakeholder and/or with the client
Identify relevant legal requirements, and special characteristics
Create System Architecture and moderate the review with development domains
Define System Requirements Specification in DOORS and review them with the development team.
Allocate requirements to specific development domains (HW, SW, Mechanical Design, Optical Design, etc)
Create System Release Plan based on release plans of existing development domains (HW, SW, Mechanical design, Optical Design, etc)
Start FMEA analysis and coordinate the activity with the development team
Become responsible for the FMEA technical content by working close to relevant development domains
Define Technical Safety Concept and Support Functional Safety Manager to define the safety mechanisms
