    • University degree in Computer Science, Automation, Electronics and Telecommunications, Informatics, Mathematics or comparable;
    • 3+  years of experience of working in this topic;
    • Proven experience working with GitHub, Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes
    • Familiarity with cloud technologies and experience with at least one cloud platform (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud);
    • Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Splunk, ELK stack, or Prometheus;
    • Experience with Agile development methodologies;
    • Very good understanding of the Software Development lifecycle;
    • English - a good level is mandatory.

    Nice to have:

    • Certifications in relevant technologies
    • Experience with hybrid infrastructure environments, including both on-premises and cloud-based systems
    • Familiarity with security best practices and experience implementing security measures in a DevOps context.

    Job Description

    At Bosch, customer experience is at the forefront of everything we do. To help us build a state of art -functional system that improves the customer experience, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced DevOps Engineer to join our team.

    As a DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for a combination of infrastructure, automation, and deployment tasks, working with a hybrid environment that is mostly on-premises.

    Our tech includes .NET, Java with Angular, Spring, Python, JavaScript, Jenkins, Selenium, SQL and No SQL databases, Docker containers, public and private cloud infrastructures (Azure, AWS, Bosch cloud). We use micro-service architectures to build fast, responsive, and scalable solutions.

    In your role you will:

    • Develop and maintain tools and processes to automate infrastructure provisioning and deployment;
    • Collaborate with software developers to design and implement continuous; integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines using tools such as GitHub and Jenkins;
    • Manage and maintain the existing on-premises infrastructure, while helping to design and implement cloud-based infrastructure in the future;
    • Utilize containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes to manage and deploy applications;
    • Implement Agile development practices to improve efficiency and quality, while adhering to compliance requirements.

    As a DevOps Engineer, you will be expected to work independently and autonomously. However, you will also have the opportunity to collaborate with software developers and other team members on DevOps projects.
