You have min 3-4 years of experience in a similar role.
You are graduated from a bachelor’s or master’s degree in relevant field.

YOU WILL VIBE WITH US
As a Contract Management Specialist you should enjoy negotiating contracts, demonstrating excellent attention to detail abilities. In addition to being an excellent communicator, you should also possess in-depth knowledge of procurement regulations, contract agreements, and legal terminology.
He/she will:
✓ Overseeing and assisting with the creation and maintenance of contract databases
✓ Acting as an information source on organization policies and procedures pertaining to procurement
✓ Ensuring compliance with organization policies, procedures, planning and billing systems
✓ Handling initial contract review and analyzing contracts to ensure compliance with company policy, procedures and systems, and other technical requirements; for the avoidance of doubt, you will not revise the contracts from a legal perspective
✓ Organize competitive bidding procedures according to the rules of the Financial Regulation and the relevant internal procedures of Edenred
✓ Assist in the development of the annual procurement plan and periodically monitor the application of the procurement procedure, in close collaboration with the relevant departments, identifying possible risks and problems
✓ Collect, examine, archive and organize suppliers’ contracts of the company and other contractual documents;
✓ Ensure all suppliers’ contracts, addenda & other contractual documents are set up in digital platform according to the applicable processes, accurately and in a timely manner;
✓ Monitor and perform regular updates to existing suppliers’ contracts, in order to ensure their accuracy;
✓ Handling communication with suppliers on various technical issues;
✓ Provide reports on the status of suppliers’ contracts;
✓ Drawing up periodic reports for monitoring the application of procurement procedures by the Company, providing information on the contracts related to termination date, price, special conditions
