Requirements:
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in a similar role;
• Bachelor degree in technical field;
• Technical certifications/diplomas for relevant field;
• Good knowledge of software, hardware and current IT trends;
• Very good interpersonal skills;
• Results and customer orientation;
• Initiative and proactive attitude;
• English language - intermediate level;
Responsibilities:
• Represent the first level of contact and response for all IT incidents reported through the helpdesk and call-center systems;
• Perform activities regarding troubleshooting, installation and configuration of workstation hardware and connected peripheral equipment incidents;
• Troubleshoot and resolve:
- end-user software incidents, related to both operating system and all other software installed on the workstation;
- basic network connectivity problems;
- printing problems;
• Monitor and implement end-user level security procedures and practices:
• Install of all end-user software and maintaining software license compliance
• Enforce to existing conventions and practices regarding naming, labeling and asset inventory.
• Handle third-party supplier relationships where applicable
