About the role
The Vendor Enablement Specialist will be part of a sub team within the Procurement Operations department. The team will be working closely with both Procurement and P2P teams as well as be a key support for both internal and external stakeholders regarding payment queries, new vendor registration, S&P & Procurement processes and how to navigate through our new Purchasing tool - Ivalua.
The Vendor Enablement Specialist will be supporting the business and vendors to ensure that they are registered in the new Purchasing tool - Ivalua, provide quality control over the database, and guidance to the stakeholders on S2P & Procurement processes, ensure they are compliant and paid on time.

Be in direct contact with Internal Stakeholders, new and existing vendors for support and training on the onboarding processes in the self-registration Purchasing tool - Ivalua
Ticketing system ownership, you will own and resolve tickets allocated to you by the TL or Seniors across different categories, and you are expected to proactively monitor the ‘’New’’ queue and take action/tickets into your ownership outside of TL allocations
Continuous vendor master data management to ensure the data quality standards are met and adhere to internal control and compliance policies; collaborate with other departments to identify data errors and ensure data integrity
Dealing with high volume of vendor master additions and changes in an accurate and timely manner on daily basis
Ensures SOX Controls, Finance Policies, Documented Procedures are enforced
Support the Procurement Support Teams and the TL’s in their daily operational activities and necessary reporting
Role model living Booking values and Booking formula and support team members
Communication
Ability and willingness to educate colleagues and expand reach across teams
Share knowledge and best practices to encourage existing and new colleagues on how to solve problematic tickets, issues, in such a way that they feel empowered and enthused

Bachelor degree
1-3 years of relevant job experience
Knowledge of internal and external accounting standards and guidelines including compliance and SOX controls
Proficient in both spoken and written English. Ability to speak another language in the EMEA region is an advantage
Strong spoken and written communication skills
Comfortability learning new software/tools with the minimal supervision
Ability to multitask and adapt to the situation
Attention to details, experience with dealing with high volumes of data in accordance with the specific instructions
Previous experience with data validation and analysis preferred
