    Requirements

    - University graduate
    - German fluent and English advanced - must
    - Previous experience in telesales is preferred
    - Good customer care skills
    - Excellent communication skills: strong phone presence, a positive charisma
    - Ability to take initiative and autonomously handle tasks
    - Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
    - Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
    - Ability to work independently and as a team
    - Accuracy and attention to detail
    - Very good organizational skills
    - Proactive attitude
    - Very good knowledge of the Microsoft Office package (e.g. Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
    - Inspire people and enjoy talking to decision-makers on the phone to win them over for proposed solutions
    - Bring experience from tele-prospecting, call center, social media (LinkedIn Sales Navigator), sales (outbound)

    Responsibilities

    Sales Support activities with focus on research (companies and market intelligence)
    - Customer Cold Calls acquisition based on current topics, marketing actions and events.
    - Contact, Opportunity and Activity Management in CRM at Account or Segment level.
    - Research to acquire client information (use the social business-related platforms and all available research tools at BearingPoint).
    - Supporting different sales topics, marketing actions and events.
    - Redirect possible questions about our solutions or the company towards the right contact.
    - Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.
    - Responsible for identifying decision makers, setting up specific customer appointments for sales and actively building the sales pipeline
    - Move skillfully through different management levels of our customers.
    - Creative in your approach and speak to users, decision-makers and managing directors in an addressee-appropriate manner.
    - "Digital native" and are a pro on social media platforms such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator and/or Xing.
    - Telephone proactively and independently with new and existing customers on the German market
    - Have a "sales gene" as well as a sure feeling for the challenges of our customers, can put oneself in the customer's position and determine the respective needs

    Marketing Campaign support
    - Project manage preparation, implementation, follow-up.
    - Pre- and post-event activities with CRM tracking.
    - Manage the client database, prepare introductory information.
    - Understand customer needs and requirements.
    - Redirect possible questions about our solutions or the company towards the right contact.
    - Maintain accurate information in our tracking tools.

    FW Sales Support
    - Team Room support if needed
    - Calls preparation and follow up
    - Newsletter creation and distribution

    Reporting
    - Building and maintenance of CRM Dashboards reports
    - Building and maintenance of Excel based reports
