The mission of a Benefits Advisor is to provide administrative assistance to employees and the support needed to benefit from one or several sets of tires, considering certain eligibility rules.


    University degree
    Fluency in French
    Minimum 1 year experience in Customer Support
    Good command of MS Office tools (word, excel, teams etc)
    Structure and organisation;
    Attention to details ;
    Curiosity and eager to learn new things;
    Team spirit and can do attitude.



    Provide support to employees in France regarding the equipment of their tires
    Process the tires requests (first equipment, replacement and wear) coming by phone or email, according to the eligibility rules of the company, the technical choice of the tires, the availability of stock and legislation in force
    Apply the eligibility rules of the company, the technical choice of the tires, the availability of stock and legislation in force
    Collaborate with the internal and external stakeholders for the invoicing process
    Update each employee’s profile according to the last equipment data and visit in a fitting center
    Check and close the files of the employees after their departure from the company
    Ensure and improve, if needed, the data quality in the reference systems
    Propose appropriate actions in case of discrepancies regarding the employee’s car technical data in the system
