Validation Manager

Tech Center Timișoara activează din anul 2007 ca furnizor de servicii de inginerie pentru divizia sistemelor de siguranță active, realizând tranziția către grupul ZF în anul 2019. Consolidarea existenței în cadrul grupului are loc în anul 2021, odată cu decizia extinderii competențelor și către mobilitatea electrică. Astfel, ZF Tech Center Timișoara ajunge să furnizeze servicii de:
- inginerie pentru sistemele de siguranță active (de frânare)
- inginerie pentru sistemele de direcție ale automobilelor
- cercetare și dezvoltare în industria automotive

- Previous background on Test management / Project management / Project Coordination practices and experiences;

- Knowledge regarding product development cycles (embedded software areas);

- Self motivated and motivating others, people oriented, taking ownership;

- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills;

- Knowledge of automotive standards and automotive experience (ISO26262, A-Spice);

- ISTQB qualification (Certified Tester / Test Manager) is a plus;

- Good communications skills in English (written and verbal);

- Experience in dealing with customers, flexibility, teamwork and presentation skills.

- Coordinate test activities in the area of Software/ System/ Mechanical Testing of the global braking engineering product;

- Overall responsibility for the successful initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, controlling and closure of the projects under responsibility;

- The Test Manager is responsible to make sure that the required tests per project steps are completed, test results are reviewed and reported and the release recommendation is given;

- Overall responsible to consolidate test strategies, plan and support their implementation;

- Coordination of the various test departments in the release processes;

- Defined customer interface with respect to all testing activities.
