Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar HR role;
English knowledge at an advanced level;
Certified Labor lagislation Expert.

Supporting achievement of overall business objectives through the design and implementation of effective HR strategy, programs, practices, policies and tools;
Providing direction and leadership in succession planning, training, talent development and performance management;
Coaching and developing high performing HR staff, and support them in driving effective recruiting and retention strategies and other HR initiatives;
Coordinating thr activity of salaries, compensations and benefits carried out by the managed payroll team;
Providing updates on company's performance and allow for employee feedback on issues affecting the workforce;
Reporting activities: budgeting, preparation of accurate forecasts and analysus of actual vs. budget.
