What you need:
University degree in business administration or equivalent education ideally with focus in HR
Minimum of 2+ years working experience in HR environment, preferably in international environment
Strong analytical, research and problem solving skills along with proficiency in HRIS systems, and spreadsheet and database software tools – with preferable experience using ADP/GlobalView/SAP and Workday
Extensive knowledge of MS Excel (v-lookups, pivot tables), Word and PowerPoint
Strong ability to maintain strict confidentiality of information
Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex topics and interact with all levels of management and associates, including HR colleagues and Business leaders
Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and ensure excellent attention to detail
Commitment to service excellence
What you will do:
Support the Global Automotive Rewards team in rewards initiatives and data analysis of existing programs
Support in completing compensation surveys and benchmarking activities
Analyze compensation data and provide applicable reports, typically requiring HRIS reporting, advanced Excel manipulation, and analysis of pertinent comparative data for matching and leveling
Assist the Rewards team and HR Business Partners with the evaluation of positions, analysis of compensation components, and accuracy of job descriptions
Support the roll out of annual salary review and bonus processes and ongoing operational support during the cycle in conjunction with HR partners.
Provide support to the global rewards and recognition program
Prepare presentation materials to aid in the communication of compensation projects, analyses, etc
Recommend enhancements to compensation processes, procedures, administration, and tracking
Create adhoc reports to support compensation related analysis.
