Software Project Manager

Tech Center Timișoara activează din anul 2007 ca furnizor de servicii de inginerie pentru divizia sistemelor de siguranță active, realizând tranziția către grupul ZF în anul 2019. Consolidarea existenței în cadrul grupului are loc în anul 2021, odată cu decizia extinderii competențelor și către mobilitatea electrică. Astfel, ZF Tech Center Timișoara ajunge să furnizeze servicii de:
- inginerie pentru sistemele de siguranță active (de frânare)
- inginerie pentru sistemele de direcție ale automobilelor
- cercetare și dezvoltare în industria automotive

- Sound experience in controlling major global SW projects with verifiable successes, in the automotive environment as well as several years of experience in software development;

- Good knowledge and routine handling of project management methods and tools;

- Experience in planning global project budgets and tracking them (e.g. PMI PMP or IPMA Level C certification);

- Several years of experience in the application of industry standards as well as improvement activities (e.g. ASPICE, AUTOSAR, ISO26262).

- Management of global software projects for our internal and external customers as well as ensuring the delivery and release of SW shares in the project in compliance with deadlines, quality, scope, and budget;

- Planning and coordination of all activities in the software project, BSW part, in compliance with the global project budget as well as coordination of the global software project team in all project phases from quotation to CORE development to volume production support based on the project plan;

- Cooperation with other expert teams (e.g. system, hardware development) and overall project management as well as examination of the quality-oriented development of the software by monitoring the corresponding metrics and definition in the event of deviations measures to achieve the target parameters;

- Functional leadership of the SW development team (content-based comparison);

- Central contact for internal and external partners of the central;

- Contact for all BSW software issues and questions as well as report of the project status, as well as risks and prepared solution approaches in status meetings to internal and external customers;

- Responsible for the gate report of the SW sub-component;

- Responsible for the approval of the SW sub-component;

- Responsible for compliance with the requirements from Automotive Spice;

- Escalation in the defined reporting channels in the event of significant deviations in the project (e.g. non-adhered resource disclosures and missing necessary preparatory work) and ensuring the identification of risks and problems and suitable measures for mitigation or solution
