As part of the Digital Sales & Support practice, you will support different activities related to global digital training strategy & delivery for the Sales & Customer Support applications. You will collaborate with the Network of Excellence Community by providing and cascading new training material, best practices, key processes, tool guidelines, and adoption results.
What will you be doing:
- Supporting definition of global Training Strategy for digital tools for Sales & Customer Support Users
- Supports design and organization of training sessions for new digital tools by collaborating with business and technical teams to ensure the timely delivery of all relevant pieces of training
- Supports creation of training content in Digital Adoption Platform (WalkMe) following agile development processes
- Collaborate with adoption experts to understand the impact of training on adoption for our key global applications and brainstorm a new way of improvement
- Responsible for regular updates of the training documentation after release and follows-up on the functionality updates
- Consolidates Training Communication Toolkit (ppt, videos, Walk Me tool)
- Break the barriers of traditional training methods with new innovative technologies by leveraging WalkMe capabilities and others (e.g., Inside Board)
- A Perfect level of English
- Ability to work in a dynamic international environment with multicultural teams
- Strong team player, results-oriented, and with the ability to demonstrate leadership
- The ability to understand technical possibilities and limitations of the tools at your disposal to troubleshoot and maintain implementations over time
- Experience working in a deadline-driven environment, where attention to detail, and the ability to multitask/prioritize a workload of competing priorities
- Strong organizational & analytical skills
- Background in Software Adoption/ Software Implementation/ Technical writing, Change Management or Learning & Development would be in advantage
