    Our presence in Automotive R&D market in Timisoara begun in 2007 when we started as BeeSpeed – Timisoara Engineering Center having a strong partnership with ZF Group along this journey. All our services contributed to the global mission of developing a safer vehicle for the driver and the passengers.

    Starting with 1st of January 2019, we became part of the ZF Group, which is a global leader in driveline and chassis technology as well as active and passive safety technology. The company has a global workforce of more than 165,000 employees with approximately 168 locations in some 32 countries. In 2022, ZF achieved sales of 43.8 billion euro.

    Cerinte

    - Bachelor’s degree with technical background or comparable studies;

    - Minimum 3 years of experience in the quality field (R&D or production);

    - Experience in quality methods and tools (e.g., FMEA, PPAP, APQP, Problem Solving);

    - Good knowledge of automotive standards (e.g., IATF 16949, VDA 6.3, ASPICE);

    - Knowledge of development and manufacturing processes;

    - Good communication, negotiation and moderation skills;

    - Initiative and quality orientation, with focus on delivering good results;

    - Good writing, reading and speaking English skills; German language is an advantage.

    Responsabilitati

    - Management and alignment of the assigned quality (sub) project team with the (sub) project target achievement;

    - Processing of defined work packages in the subproject;

    - Pointing out deviations from time schedule and requirement specification;

    - Requesting resources and appointing people responsible for work packages in the extended quality team;

    - Create and communicate the subproject status report to the project manager and the line supervisor (reporting);

    - Communicate with the customer in coordination with the project manager and the project team;

    - Ongoing coordination of work contents and resource availability with the line and other core team members;

    - Multidisciplinary coordination of project contents;

    - Developing options and decision recommendations for problem solving together with the extended team;

    - Communicating change requests and coordinating change management in the subproject;

    - Participation in core team meetings (and further project meetings/ committees);

    - Representation of technical (expert) department matters in the core team, as well as regarding Customers and line organization/ mandate for technical (expert) department .
