• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline;
• Programming and PM certifications preferably;
• 6+ years of leading and managing IT teams, with project management, resource management, and external resources management capabilities;
• 3+ years' experience running medium to large/complex projects with multiple dependencies;
• Experience leading in an Agile delivery environment and implementing Continuous Deliver is a big plus;
• Deep knowledge of IT/software technology and trends, application development, web services, middleware, Oracle DB programming and business intelligence.

• Provides vision, planning and coordination of all software development and/or implementation activities. Establishes standards in software development and integration;
• Design, build and maintain solutions across multiple technology products;
• Leads and manages a team of senior software developers, software developers and software support consultants;
• Decides whether we can inherit existing /support legacy code bases – and how we handle our growing levels of software support;
• Participates in the strategic decisions about technology, definition and implementation of software solutions;
• Applies Project Management best practices to meet project plan timeline, budget and scop objectives;
• Drives overall architecture, define application security guidelines and validation of software business solutions.
