Minimum 1 an de experienta profesionala in domeniu;
Diploma de licenta privind studii tehnice de specialitate;
Cunostinte de limba Engleza - nivel avansat;
Cunostinte Microsoft avansate, in special Excel, PowerPoint, e-mail;
Cunostinte despre evaluare defecte si mod de solutionare (analiza cauze defecte, FTA.PFMA).

Cunoasterea proceselor tehnologice din cadrul sectorului arondat;
Elaborarea documentatiei necesare pentru controlul proceselor tehnologice (plan de control proces, evaluari capabilitati proces/ Cp & Cpk si capabilitati masini/ Cm & Cmk;
Planificarea si executarea activitatii de testare pentru imbunatatirea proceselor;
Analizarea reclamatiilor clientilor: trasabilitate, determinare cauze si aplicarea actiunilor corective/preventive;
Urmarirea cerintelor standard de calitate IATF 16949/2016;
Asistarea auditorilor interni si externi in evaluarile periodice.
