TEST EQUIPMENT SPECIALIST

Technical university degree (Computer science, electronics, mechatronics, telecommunications) - mandatory;
Good knowledge of English, German is a plus;
Minimum 1 year relevant experience in electronics manufacturing, automotive would be a plus;
Good knowledge of: electronics, statistic theory, computer usage;
Basic knowledge about µprocessors / µcontrollers and PLC programming; Communication skills, commitment, ability to work in a team, flexibility;
Basic knowledge in SMT area.

Responsible for the test stations from the production area AOI/X-RAY SM;
Improve the test process by daily analyze of the statistical parameters and taking the necessary actions in order to reduce the breakdown time and to increase the mean time between failures;
Find suitable solutions in case of breakdowns;
Provide continuous improvement actions and monitor implementation;
Plan and execute maintenance of test equipments;
Responsible with spare parts for test equipment and assure their calibration;
Provide the technical resources and inspection conditions (SPI/AOI/AXI) for production needs;
Create and optimize programs for the optical/x-ray inspection.
