Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics or similar field;
Open to young professionals, preferring +2 years of work experience in Sales, Data management, Controlling;
You have excellent analytical skills required to identify business trends and be able to formulate proficient reports, high attention to detail and follow through;
You have structured and organized ma;nner of work
You communicate results effectively and are enthusiastic about collaborative work;
You are proactive and self-driven; you thrive in a fast-paced environment;
Proficient oral/written English level, German language is a plus;
Proficient in MS Excel/PowerPoint/MS Access, as well as having a general understanding of a CRM system.
You act as an interface between Hella Central Sales management and different internal customers;
As main value driving contribution, you create reports and evaluations required for business insight, including price performance, product assortment, warranty overviews etc.
Your role includes Sales key account Support – calculate forecasts, reporting sales performance, monitoring and verifying claims;
Your continuous aim is to contribute to the expansion of reach/value of the Special Customer Engagement program to drive ongoing customer acquisitions (loyalty program);
You participate in different change management projects and support process development through data mining and analytics, risk management analyses, process mapping etc.
