The project:

Refinitiv FX Aggregator enables seamless access to liquidity. It allows a flexible choice of venue and execution management options to trade forex straight from the Refinitiv desktop.

Clients can connect LSEG regulated markets, as well as third-party venues and exchanges (such as CBOE FX, EuronextFX, B3 and others on demand), offering the widest choice of access to liquidity on the market.

Responsibilities

• Works as a contributing member in a multi-disciplined agile scrum team

• Develops a good understanding software module with respect to design, code structures, quality, functional and non-functional perspective

• Writes clean, efficient code based on specifications to develop complete solutions occasionally utilising multiple languages or technologies.

• Implementation of quality controls (unit, functional and regression testing)

• Identifies and executes improvements in code

• Contributes to design work and planning for user stories.

• Communicates clearly with team and keep clear lines of communication open to ensure full understanding of information and tasks, asking questions where needed.

• Takes interest to develop knowledge in technology products and tools through on the job learning, certifications and projects.

• Maintenance and support of the existing product, provide 3rd line support if required

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in Java & Multi-Threading.

• Knowledge of microservices development in Java.

• Experience working with Azure or AWS.

• Very good knowledge on software engineering principles, applications, and design patterns

• Experience in building re-usable code, defining and implementing software engineering best practices & code frameworks.

• Experience in software development methodologies and Agile based delivery

• Fair knowledge in Mock frameworks such as Mokito, JMokit ,and Junit,TestNG or a similar unit test framework.

• Experience of Git & CI tools.

• Experience with any FrontEnd development framework as React, Angular & Vue.
