Knowledge of SQL, PL-SQL, Python, PHP Programming;
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science (BCA/MCA/ BSc Comp) or a technical field diploma;
Application ownership/development/maintenance experience in B2C Service Cloud (OSvC / Rightnow) or similar is a plus;
Strong techno-functional skills in proposing and designing optimal solutions, including ownership of the overall solution for customization /integrations on Oracle B2C Service or similar;
Ability to design architecture for Complex Business Processes, Evaluate Implementation Feasibility and Risks.

Build / Integrate internal custom applications | willingness to work integrate with OSvC;
Product Customization by creating and writing PHP scripts using RightNow Connect Services, creating import scripts to load data, and performing rule-based logic;
Configure Workspaces, Rules, Create new Workspaces for different teams, and changes to existing workflows;
Build custom API’s or enhance existing API and perform real-time integration of OSvC with other applications;
Expertise in Product Configuration and Business Process Implementation;
Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
