Sales Consulting activates on the HR market since 1998, having a national coverage in several areas of expertise: recruiting and selection assessment center HR market mapping/due diligence projects, personnel leasing, payroll.

Sales Consulting has 2 fully operational branches: Cluj-Napoca (also the head-office) and Bucharest.
We are developing various projects (Recruitment, Training and Consultancy) in some of the most varied type of industries:
- AUTOMOTIVE/PRODUCTION/ENGINEERING (Specialists and Middle & Top Management positions)
- OUTSOURCING (BPO/SSC/CC)
- IT & C (C++, C#, .NET, Java, Linux etc)
- FMCG (sales & purchasing positions; all levels)
- PHARMA (all levels)

• CPA, ACA, ACCA or equivalent, or;
• CIA with at least a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
• Five-plus years of auditing and accounting experience

• Plan and lead financial and operational audits worldwide consistent with company audit approach using a risk-based framework
• Identify audit issues, and co-ordinate and effectively communicate team findings and solutions verbally and in writing to Management
• Maintain workpaper database audit files and monitor audit progress
• Assist in drawing up and maintaining Sarbanes-Oxley documentation
• Perform and review Sarbanes-Oxley management testing
• Perform special projects as assigned by manager (acquisition integration, due diligence, divestitures, investigations and other financial assistance)
• Identify and implement continuous improvement projects in the department
