    We will be pleased to welcome you in our team, if you have:
    • Academic requirements: bachelor degree in finance, law, administration, insurance or mathematics
    • Skills & business expertise: knowledge of claims processes, systems
    • Foreign languages knowledge: good French level required
    • Interpersonal skills:
    comfortable with numbers, analytical skills
    good communicator / ability to convince about decisions taken


    • Analyzes the mandatory documents and information and conducts the claims assessment settlement in line applicable processes and rules;
    • Handles any Appeal, Customer Query and Complaint by formulating a written reply;
    • Takes care of a written argumentation in case of fully or partially rejected cases.
