Sequencing Planner

Job Description

'Builds sequence following given rules for respective area(s) of responsibility (eg curing, tire building, preparation or mixing) that enables plant to achive set volume targets in the most cost efficient way fullfilling the customer demands.
Ensures that sequenced is followed by production areas during each shift and the customer requirements are covered and fulfilled;
Ensures that sequenced respects preplanning simulations and machines are loaded accordingly;
Ensures a  smooth transition and an efficient flow of components between shifts by respecting frozen period established in the working method ;
Adapts the plan according to unexpected situations like machines breakdowns, avalability of operators, low eficcency or any other situations that may jeopardize the achievement of the daily volume target;
Ensures that any change in the sequence is done with agreement of all production planners;
Reacts by opening ticket to SAP/CGMS/EWM in case of sytems failures an announce all persons involved;
Identifys by checking the orders sequenced critical machines from the point of view of loadings , prepares prioritizations and announce shift leadears to take supporting actions
 

High School Degree

Previous experience in production, preferably in the same area
