    Key competencies and abilities required for the role:

    Ability to understand, manage and configure software solutions for Customer Service
    Broad understanding of the end-to-end business processes and systems in use across our organization
    At least 2 years of experience in Customer Service or Order taking roles
    Proven analytical skills
    Profound knowledge ERP systems (. SAP) and deep understanding of standard transactions
    Fluent in English, any other language of the REW region (Portuguese, Spanish, French, German, or Dutch) is a plus
    Experience with different ideation techniques as Design-Thinking and delivery approaches as Waterfall, Agile and /or Scrum is a plus


    Responsibilities according to business processes:

    Engaging with the order taking departments in CSC project to identify and priorities customers that are suitable for order automation
    Automating Order Taking by means of state-of-the-art Order Automation technology
    Training Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions of Order Automation technology
    Monitoring and maintaining the automated order taking to ensure a maximum degree of availability and trigger corrective action in case of disruption
    Contributing to the definition of the service centers digital strategy and roadmap, with particular focus on the area of Process Improvement Automation.
    Documenting and distributing of knowledge in an effective and compliant manner
    Acting as subject matter expert with regards to RPA in CSC and participating in relevant transformation projects
