Right set of skills:

- 1-2 years of relevant experience in the recruitment field;
- Advanced English;
- Willing to learn and develop new skills;
- Results oriented, able to work independently;
- Team player.

What your day consist of?

- You will manage the beginning to end recruiting process;
- Actively search for potential candidates;
- Defining the relevant sourcing strategies and optimal effective methods on screening/interviewing candidates;
- Interviewing the right candidates;
- Preparing status reports, measuring recruitment process progress;
- Client management.
