    Requirements

    What you’ll bring to the team

    Experience: minim 3 years
    Tech stack/ knowledge:

    o Mandatory:

    Ability to understand the ‘bigger picture’ /architectural view of tribe’s squads’ interactions.
    Basic Database concepts-SQL queries, NPAs,
    Requirements Engineering-ability to understand and document model-based requirements: UML(Unified Model Language) -use case diagrams,class diagrams,activity diagrams,state diagrams; ERD(Entity-Relationship Diagram);DFD(data-flow diagram);statecharts etc.
    Ability to communicate ideas clearly and concisely: strong, clear communicator across departments
    o Nice to have:

    Flexibility/willingness to work in a project-based environment (all projects in the same tribe).
    Experience with Azure Boards/Confluence.
    Process modelling knowledge.
    Foreign languages: English (advanced)

    Education: nice to have Bachelor’s Degree (or higher) in an IT related field

    The Mission

    ING Hubs is looking to recruit a Feature Engineer for the Global Data Management BA team, reporting to Product Area Lead of the Enterprise Data Management tribe.

    The feature engineer will be responsible for building up and delivering the business requirements, business processes and business constraints for tribe’s projects.

    Your day to day

    Even if you’ll start your day from the comfort of your home or drink your morning coffee in our office’s garden, your day will be quite similar when comes to tasks. Here are your daily responsibilities:

    Collaboration with the EDM team members(RO/NL/IN) to enable strategic IT solutions and implementations and be responsible for tasks such as testing functionality against requirements and enabling other business stakeholders to undertake testing and acceptance.
    Delivering and maintaining the business requirements, processes and constraints at a global level, aligned with domains in line with expected standards and timelines.
    Engaging with global and domain Data Management including Data Capabilities as well as Business Functions, Information Architecture and IT stakeholders to ensure business requirements, MVPs and strategic solution is aligned across the organization.
    Where appropriate, working with internal and external partners to accelerate the delivery of innovative solutions to address gaps in the EDM workstream.
    Write/approve technical documentation used for implementation/deployment processes.
