    - Min. 1 year of similar experience in a B2B Account Management Role;
    - Experience in the HR industry or, subsequently, similar industries, from companies that offer services on the human side;
    - Understanding the industry and desire to develop professionally;
    - A mindset of a salesperson in terms of the new business area;
    - An inclination towards numbers, teamwork
    - Well-organized and attentive to details;
    - Ability to understand the urgency and prioritization of different types of projects;
    - An Excel proficiency is required;
    - Fluency in English.


    - Taking over and centralizing personnel leasing orders received from the client and tracking them throughout the projects, end to end, from the posting of the announcements to the expiration of the period of temporary placement of the employees;
    - Centralizing orders, tracking recruited candidates, evaluating the degree of coverage of orders and reporting the results to the Business Unit Manager;
    - Communication with clients in order to clarify their requirements within the personnel leasing/recruitment orders launched;
    - Taking over and centralizing receipts received from stores, drawing up and sending invoices to the customer according to receipts;
    - Offering support to the accounting department in order to obtain information and meet the necessary conditions for issuing invoices: POs, signed and stamped time sheets, etc.;
    - Verifying the number of hours from the time sheets drawn up by the Field department in direct correlation with the number of hours invoiced to the client;
    - Calculating net payment amounts according to the salary budgets allocated for each individual project and their transfer to the HR department in order to carry out the payroll
    - Sending emails presenting the company's services to potential customers/leads;
    Taking requests for customized offers from customers/leads and directing them to the BU Manager;
    - Notifying customers of unpaid invoices;
    - Preparation of periodic reports for leasing customers (supplies, order status, etc.).
