Auditor / Quality Analyst

• Post-secondary education, preferably technical, or experience in quality;
• Minimum 2 years previous experience in quality and/or automotive industry;
• Knowledge of MS Office Excel and Google Suite;
• Knowledge in SAP preferred;
• Knowledge in the use of measurement and control instruments (subler, micrometer), technical drawing, drafting of capabilities and control reports
• Knowledge and experience in the automotive industry is an advantage;
• Communication skills, customer / supplier oriented;
• Self-discipline, teamwork skills, agility, quick to respond to requirements, result oriented, logical thinking;
• English language is an advantage (spoken, written, read).

• Validates the conformity of received parts;
• Blocks batches of non-compliant parts;
• Ensures the sorting of parts in reception;
• Performs GP12 Control
• Verifies the conformity of the parts produced;
• Validates the correct identification of non-conforming parts;
• Validate the respect of the rules (mop, packaging range, labelling) in the UAP (packaging areas, etc);
• Provides training to newcomers and replacements;
• Conducts fitting trials/tests on the assembly line (after maintenance interventions, other problems, etc.).
• Validates the application of temporary solutions (white points, etc);
• Validates provisional solutions in case of non-conformity (blocking, sorting) in the factory and outside platform;
• Validates compliance with operating modes and control plan.
