• SAP experience minimum 1 year;
• Bachelor's degree – Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related degree
• Detail oriented, with a high degree of accuracy
• Good communication skills in intercultural enviroment;
• English advanced, medium-advanced German (both spoken and written)
• Structured, self-responsible and solution-oriented working methods;
• Understanding and complying with the work procedures.
• Proficient MS Office skills
• Ability to work in a flexible way: alone and as part of a team

• Update, maintain and execute changes to SAP master data (customer and vendor) as approved
by the business
• Ticket creation for Master data business partner vendor creation/ change/ block
• Check documents received from the requester
• Data input in Excel
• Support in updating the procedures
• Ensure data quality, compliance, and consistency of master data
• Submit incidents and change requests when needed
• Perform mass updates as required
• Archiving documents
• Continuous communication with the Master data team
