As part of our team, you will be given a high degree of responsibility and autonomy in your tasks from day one, under the continuous guidance of our senior consultants. Your main objective will be to recruit national and international profiles for our clients.

Tasks:

• Job analysis and job profile compilation
• Application filtering and telephone pre-screening
• Jobs advertising
• Database update
• Cold calls
• Competency based interviews
• Managing the selection process from start to finish

Requirements:

• Excellent level of English (Advanced proficiency)
• Another European language highly valued (German, French, Italian, Serbian etc.)
• University Degree or student
• Previous experience in HR recruitment is an advantage
• Experience within an international environment is a plus
