- Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline;
- Assesses applications and selects qualified candidates;
- Assist with the interview process, including scheduling, attending, and conducting interviews with managers, directors, and other stakeholders;
- Maintains compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies;
- Remains active with job boards, social networks, and platforms for finding quality candidates, and creates and posts job descriptions and announcements;
- Updates HR documents and staff records, reviews company policies, records holiday leaves, files employment contracts, and creates statistical reports.
