    Completed studies in the field of industrial engineering / Logistics / Business Administration
    Five years operative working experience in Logistics Planning, preferably in a Leadership position.
    Experience in Project Management and Workshop Planning incl. execution with interdisciplinary stakeholders
    Mandatory deep knowledge in min. 2 modules of SAP MM, PP, SD, APO.
    Competent handling of MS-Office applications, esp. MS-Excel, MS-Access and MS-PowerPoint.
    Good knowledge in other Logistics fields of Material flow planning, Warehousing, Packaging, Lean Logistics and Automatization
    Excellent communication skills and a high customer orientation. Ability to work in international teams demonstrating cultural sensitivity and social competence
    Willingness of travel in Europe
    Fluent English language skills (written and spoken)


    You are passionate and driving the improvement of Inventory Management for all plants in Europe.
    You will comprehensively analyze the entire Supply Chain of the European plants for opportunities to improve the relevant Key Performance Indicators for Inventories on a short-, mid- and long-term horizon.
    You are working with the respective Logistics Managers and Planning teams in the European plants to achieve Regional inventory targets by pursuing measures on all levels of inventory.
    You are preparing mandatory Top-Management decisions on plant, Regional and Board level to ensure a continuous progress for the topics.
    Besides the European SAP-process team, you are working interdisciplinary with Purchasing, Finance, Operations, Quality, and IT to develop Inventory Management strategically further.
    Commonly with Corporate Logistics and European plants you are identifying best practice approaches for Inventory Management, deriving and implementing standards.
