Location: Sibiu, Romania

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Global Senior Data Management Specialist to join our fast-paced and dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data management and purchasing processes, with advanced knowledge of SAP MM/PP and Excel. You will be responsible for ensuring a high level of data quality, providing necessary support to all locations, and regularly communicating with Global Category Managers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure high level of data quality specific to purchasing processes
• Offer necessary support to all locations, working on requests in appropriate time, providing high quality results
• Acknowledge and follow customer specific requirements implemented in internal processes
• Maintain regular contact and follow-up with Global Category Managers
• Create and provide regular reporting to management and customers
• Develop process improvement ideas with all team members
• Align process blueprints/ requirement book
• Drive implementation of improvements projects with involved functions

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Advanced knowledge of SAP MM/PP and Excel
• Advanced English language skills
• Advanced data analysis skills
• Basic project management skills
• Basic knowledge of IT tools such as KNIME, RPA, and Power BI (would be an advantage)
• Curious to learn and extend knowledge
