Your responsibilities

• You are a servant leader and coach for an Agile Team
• You educate the team in Scrum, Extreme Programming (XP), Kanban, and SAFe, ensuring that the agreed Agile process is being followed
• You help remove impediments and foster an environment for high-performing team dynamics, continuous flow, and relentless improvement
• You represent the technical team in the Scrum of Scrum synchronization on the Program Level and facilitate the team’s progress towards their goals
• You act as a facilitator for a (usually) co-located technical team or teams
• You enable the team to self-organize, self-manage, collaborate, and deliver via lean/agile practices
• You coach the team on problem-solving and conflict-resolution and ensure that the team performs this and shares the outcome in a self-responsible manner
• You manage the customer projects while keeping budget, time and quality requirements
• You align project needs and activities in close cooperation with product line, customers and other relevant stakeholders
• You coordinate internal suppliers, which deliver the required software components
• You will identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies
• You coordinate the different customer support requests (ensure customer's satisfaction)
• You will schedule the project milestones and steer the project execution to deliver the package in time
• You will report the project status on regular basis, according to the applicable reporting standards

• You have an academic degree in Computer Science, Electronics, or similar
• At least 3-5 years of experience of project management, software development processes and development standards for embedded real-time software and Requirement Engineering
• You have experience in leading software projects and related state of the art methods for project management
• You have leadership, coaching and project management experience (Scrum/SAFe), ability to organize, to plan and to convince
• You own distinctive conceptual and solution-oriented thinking, and a strong focus on quality
• You have an autonomous, analytic and structured working style with high degree of initiative
• Experience with automotive platforms (AUTOSAR) is a plus
• You have worked in an agile environment and are familiar with SCRUM.
• Ability to communicate with customers
• You know about Automotive Bus Systems (e.g. CAN, Ethernet, SPI, I2C)
• Ideally you have experience with automotive technologies and processes (e.g. Automotive SPICE)
• You are well versed in English
