We are looking for a Junior Project Manager (m/f/o) that will enjoy working in our client team.

• Good verbal and written communication skills in English and French languages (B2)
• Previous experience in a support role
• Manifest interest in technology
• Strong problem-solving
• Strong analytical skills
• Proactive person

Responsibilities:

• You will manage the Onboarding/Offboarding process
• You will provide support to the new joiners for workstation configurations
• You will do ACS Cisco account creation and management
• You will do the team time tracking monitoring and identifying any inconsistency and bringing it to the management’s attention
• You will maintain project documentation up to date
• You will assist the PM with other activities (organize meetings and keep Minutes of the meetings, update presentations, etc)
• You will ensure that all necessary documentation is in place for any audits
• You will manage the access for any client visit on-site on-demand
• You will ensure that the skills matrix is updated
