    Requirements

    Qualifications

    You have a Bachelor Degree in Labor Law
    You are able to work in English , French would be an advantage
    You have had some previous experiences in a similar position (maximum 1 year)
    You are able to ensure legal knowledge is up to date and be proactive in sharing this with the team
    You are problem solving skills and ability to work in an international business environment

    Responsibilities

    Responsibilities

    Legal support in Social and Labour Law topics
    Counsels HR, local management on handling employee relations matter, recommends and helps implement appropriate actions.
    Drafting & reviewing employment agreements
    Risk analysis
    Employment contract Clauses
    Post-contractual obligations
    Validity of documents
    Breach of contractual obligations
    Disciplinary procedures and termination of employment contracts
    Review and provide legal support on drafting and development of Human Resources policies and procedures domestically and internationally.
