Work from the office, home, or just about anywhere

Minimum Qualifications

Relevant experience required in IT/BPO industry.
Relevant experience in developing or managing Document Management solutions and operations
Good communication and interpersonal skills (written, verbal and presentation) including experience in client relations.
Strong proficiency and knowledge of Document Management technologies, especially in the areas of document capture, data entry, workflow, repository and records management.
Good understanding of information technologies.
Organized and process oriented Lean Six Sigma certification and experience are a plus.

Bachelor’s Degree
English C1
Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus

Responsibilities

Define and design operationally sustainable solutions for document management implementations with primary focus on Europe and APAC
Subsequent support in project implementation, testing, and hyper care period
Follow a consultative approach to management and IT contacts at the customer, through analysis of business and technology requirements, and short/long term initiatives which will lead to a customized business solution aligned to the company strategy
Research and keeps informed of equipment and emerging industry technologies and also support Document Management services and processes, to include researching and learning software solutions to meet customer needs
Quickly help identify opportunity areas for process/solution improvements
Co-operation with Genpact service provider of document management solutions, with Genpact Practice, operation teams and client’s teams. Also participates in regular project reviews.
