− You already have experience in managing cross-divisional projects with the ability to multi-task and efficiently prioritize workload with limited supervision
communication skills at a global level
− You already had first contacts with IT, information security or physical security topics or a strong interest in getting deeper into these topics
− Your profile is characterized by a high level of quality, very good self-organization skills and flexibility
− You are familiar with the basic concepts of statistics, and you have solid knowledge in using Excel for data processing
- Good English level
Nice-to-Have Skills:
− You have completed a bachelor degree (or equivalent) from an accredited college or university in communication, economics, IT or equivalent work experience
− You have a "hands on" personality with a fast perception, good analytical skills and compelling communication skills at a global level
Languages:
English: B2 Upper Intermediate

• You plan, oversee and execute tool-based bank-wide phishing simulation campaigns and subsequent training and awareness measures
• You define and provide suitable phishing-related metrics and simulation reports for relevant stakeholder groups incl. CSO senior management
• You support the development of an advisory model for various CSO organizational levels with regards to planning and execution of targeted or all staff phishing simulation exercises including suitable awareness and training measures
• You help to develop and implement a Threat Engagement Model

The Group Chief Security Office (CSO) is responsible for both the physical security and the protection of our client's information and comprises two divisions: Chief Information Security Office (CISO) and Corporate Security (CS).
The COO Training & Awareness team in the Chief Information Security Office is responsible for providing globally consistent, targeted, and helpful information and communication around the topic of physical security and information security within our client's premises. The range of tasks includes the planning and implementation of campaigns and communication measures at the global level, as well as the further development and updating of the CSO training offer (e.g. mandatory information security training for all employees in the Group). The team is the interface to the specialist areas, Compliance and HR Learning & Development. The mission is rounded off by the close monitoring of all business areas in customer and employee communication on the subject of security.
