    Requirements

    Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in human resources or a relevant field;
    Minimum 2-3 years of in-house and/or recruitment agency experience / HR experience;
    Proven work experience as a talent acquisition specialist or similar role;
    Strong organizational and project management skills;
    Strong communication skills, both written and verbal;
    Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships;
    Ability to prioritize, organize and multi-task while meeting deadlines;
    Ability to use market research tools and techniques;
    Fluent knowledge of English;
    Knowledge of Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

    Responsibilities

    Handles the end-to-end recruitment process for clerical and blue-collar positions;
    Prepares job descriptions and interview questions reflecting the requirements of each position;
    Prepares recruitment strategy for assigned positions;
    Acts as a trusted advisor to hiring managers to identify current and future needs to provide proactive recruitment and ensure a continuous supply of candidates;
    Selects candidates for skills assessment and presents qualified candidates to hiring managers;
    Identifies potential candidates through online channels (social platforms and professional networks);
    Guides the candidate through the hiring process to ensure a positive experience;
    Manages the candidate assessment process, evaluates skill level, oversees background/reference checks and any required testing;
    Organizes and facilitates the interview process, maintains close liaison between candidates and hiring managers and provides feedback;
    Manages internal database and follows internal procedures and regulations;
    Organizes and participates in career events and employer branding activities (job fairs and recruitment events);
    Prepares reports, company presentations, recruitment strategies according to internal needs and requirements.
