•   Plan and align technology strategy in production
•   Harmonize technologies (machine, method, material) worldwide
•   Initialize and lead harmonization projects

•   Ensure benchmark and transfer of best practices

•   Evaluate and introduce new technologies and products

Essential Skills/Qualifications:

•  Univeristy degree in technical field (preferably SW related)
• Experience in a plant IE or testing department > 7 years in a field related testing and programming. Ideally in a plant IE with focus on EOL tester.
• KnowHow functional test (EOL) body controler, Zone controler, etc.
• KnowHow in managing of test systems 
• Expertiese in sw programming in TestExec, TestStand, Skript
• Project Experience in technology field > 5 years (technology project, process implementation project etc.)
• English communication mandatory (international networt and teams)
• Experience in working with international teams
• Preferred experience working abroad
• Understanding of different foreign cultures
