    Responsibilities

    Veeam Software is the leader in data backup, recovery, and ransomware protection with over 400,000 customers worldwide. The Corporate Technology Manager, Business Partners plays a key role within the Corporate Technology and wider Veeam team. A passion for relationship building, employee mentorship, and finding technical solutions that support common marketing processes is the key to success in this role.

    This leader will be responsible for managing a team of Corporate Technology Business Partners supporting our Marketing department by building strong relationships with technology and business stakeholders and acting as a strategic advisor to Marketing leadership, programs, and investments across the Corporate Technology organization.


    Your tasks will include:

    • Lead and mentor a team of Corporate Technology Business Partners with a focus on delivering technical solutions that support a world-class Marketing organization.
    • Proactively build relationships with Stakeholders, acting as an internal consultant and partner to Senior Marketing Leadership.
    • Develop a technical strategy that aligns with the short-term and long-term direction of the business.
    • Based on the technical strategy, develop recommendations, solution concepts and business cases for new investments.
    • Facilitate the prioritization of projects, programs, and enhancements that best support the overall strategy into a technical roadmap.
    • Work hands-on with Business Partners to document the business processes to support the delivery of technical solutions.
    • Partner with Technology Platform & Service teams to ensure that the teams are in place to deliver technology-based solutions on time and in budget.
    • Effectively communicate the results and status of projects and programs during various stages of their life cycle.
    • Ensure proper rollout of new processes with change management planning and strong communications to the business.

    What we expect from you:

    • Exceptional interpersonal and organizational communication skills (Fluent in verbal and written English).
    • Strong leadership skills in directing team members to achieve specific objectives.
    • Experience working with multi-national teams.
    • Self-starter with a passion for relationship building who seeks to understand the overall processes and needs of their business.
    • Experience managing technology budgets that support a strategic roadmap.
    • Experience with communications platforms such as MS Teams, Zoom, and WebEx.
    • Exceptional project and program management skills and experience working with JIRA, Confluence, or other project and program management applications.
    • Ability to travel to North America, Europe, and Asia within a reasonable timeframe (2 weeks).
    • Willing to work in a flexible work environment with some hours in the evening to accommodate time zones outside of the U.S.

    Education & Experience

    • 5+ years in technology or technology related field.
    • 2+ year working closely with sales and marketing stakeholders and operational teams.
    • Experience in people management or supervisory experience preferred.
    • Experience defining and leading projects and change management activities for a global organization.
    • Experience working at a large company ($1B+ annual revenue).
