    Business Infrastructure Services (BIS) function is responsible for providing infrastructure services that enable our businesses and business aligned technology teams to meet their objectives.

    As an Infrastructure Control & Audit Senior Associate and member of the BIS Infrastructure Control & Audit team, you will be involved in various projects and initiatives which spans various business units under tight deadlines. Maturity, high judgment, negotiation skills, ability to influence, analytical talent are essential traits required to be successful in this role.

    The ideal candidate is an intellectually curious IT enthusiast with a knack for getting things done, efficiently prioritising, and breaking complex scenarios into smaller manageable pieces to provide best outcomes among multiple scenarios, earn the trust of stakeholders, and improve the efficiency of cross-functional organization.

    Key responsibilities:

    o Internal and External Audit engagement and infrastructure ownership:

    o Facilitate controls gap analysis, remediation planning and testing for all business units

    o Ensure that the controls are efficient and effective, thus maintaining risks at an acceptable level

    o Ensure that the processes are in compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices, at governance, oversight and operational levels

    o Provide counsel and advice to the various functions in view of enhancing the team's control structure

    o Review the policies, procedures and systems, before implementation, in order to assess the inherent risks and determine sufficiency of controls

    o Undertake a continuous Control Self-Assessments

    o Have oversight on any relevant Risk Registers detailing the determined risks, and relevant controls, at

    organization, operational and systematic levels

    o EOL Management:

    o Oversight and management of full EOL, EOS and EOES Support situation

    o Responsible for providing reporting and dashboard oversight to the business service management teams

    o Work with technical and application owners as appropriate to ensure situation is widely understood

    o Cyber and Security adherence:

    o Oversight and management of all Cyber and Security requirements

    o Ensure Cyber and Security compliance on all Infrastructure

    o Service asset alignment

    Key requirements, behaviours, skills:

    o Bachelor's degree or equivalent in an IT related discipline.

    o 4 or more years previous experience working with or within an IT Service Management Function

    o Demonstrable experience within IT Service Operations and/or IT Service Management environments.

    o Ability to demonstrate a concern for accuracy and thoroughness so that sufficiently detailed information is logged correctly.

    o Ability to communicate with clarity and precision, presenting complex / technical information in a concise format that is audience appropriate.

    o Ability to collect, analyse, and interpret data to reach conclusions and/or present insights and findings.

    o Ability to select between two or more alternatives proficiently by gathering information to reach the best outcome in the shortest amount of time

    o Ability to analyse, question and challenge the way things are done to optimise processes and deliver excellent outcomes for customers and the business.

    o Ability to establish order and structure in the work conducted and be systematic and efficient.

    o Ability to interact well with others, quickly establishing rapport building positive relationships and networks.

    o Ability to proactively identify possible risks, problems, and threats, taking ownership to ensure the risk or issue is reported, escalated, and remediated.

    o Excellent oral and written communication skills

    o Solid understanding of modern IT Infrastructures and technologies.

    o Experience with IT Service Management Practices.

    o Self-motivated, detail oriented, creative, and highly disciplined.

    o Committed to consistently delivering high-quality work outcomes.

    o Excellent people, organisational and time management skills.

    o Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

    o Agile and highly adaptable to change.

    o Strong presentation skills.
