YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

• Developing, planning and managing target-group-specific employer branding measures and campaigns for the Romanian market (with possible perspective expansion of responsibility to other CEE countries) with the aim of positioning the company as attractive employer of choice (internally and externally)
• Establishing long-term cooperations with schools, universities and other cooperation partners to attract young talents
• Organising of and participating in career fairs and events
• Closely cooperating with the employer branding team at the headquarters in Vienna, as well as our stores, external agencies and service providers
• Managing internal employer branding measures and acting as employer brand ambassador for employees in our stores
• Participating in strategically relevant employer branding projectson

• Successfully completed studies in business administration, communications or media sciences or comparable training
• 2-4 years of professional experience in employer branding, ideally in a retail environment
• Technical and professional knowledge of social media tools and campaigns as well as content management systems
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Romanian; other languages, especially German, an advantage
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills combined with creativity and conceptual thinking
• Organised and goal-oriented way of working with high quality standards and hands-on approach
