    Job Description

    • Bring creative and innovative instructional strategies into the R&D community, that contribute to colleagues' effective and meaningful learning experiences and journeys.
    • Linking proven learning theories and instructional theories to shape learning content and delivery.
    • Learning strategy and Program curation: Support the organizational training demand analysis and learning strategy together with the Subject Matter Experts and management. Continuous maintenance of the internal training program in the own area of responsibility. Keeps the organization informed about changes and updates in the respective program.
    • Guidance for program development: Support of internal customers in the development of training courses by consulting on the training concept, selection of authoring tools.
    • Development of training concepts: Development of training concepts for internal stakeholders. Depending on the agreement, from the idea, through the concept development to the transfer to the implementation phase
    • Learning design: Design and develop instructional materials that aim to foster a systematic approach to learning. Coordinating the training content creation depending on the learning format (online or classroom) by internal team of learning designers. Development of internal Learning Design competency and tools based on agreed roadmaps and stakeholder needs. Design creative and innovative instructional strategies that contribute to employees' effective and meaningful learning experiences. Design and develop instructional materials that aim to foster a systematic approach to learning. Linking proven learning theories and instructional theories to shape learning content and delivery.
    • Implementation of delivery model: Consult and support the internal stakeholder in selecting the best matching delivery solution on learning format. Guiding the enabling of training delivery depending on the learning format (online or classroom) with the support of Decentral Learning Administrators, Learning Organizers, Internal Instructors (trainers).
    • Quality Management and tracking and reporting: Continuous quality control on the implemented training items in cooperation with learning delivery manager. Continuous tracking of agreed KPIs.
    • Change Agent: Ensures continuous and effective communication with all relevant stakeholders. Identifies leading practices and opportunities to leverage technology, regulatory and industry developments in service delivery and implements necessary changes. Contributes to continuous global process improvement. Adapts process locally where applicable.
    Qualifications

    • University degree (or equivalent), preferably in areas of Educational Science, Organizational Development, Human Resources, Information Technology, Communication Science, Psychology, Visual or Multimedia Design, Social Sciences or a related field in training development
    • Experience in Learning and Development, Organizational development, Human Relations or similar desired
    • Experience in facilitating social and collaborative learning, learning needs analysis desired
    • Knowledge and experience in educational science, neuroscience of learning, training conception/methods, change management and building trust skills desired
    • Experience in the area of online content creation (e.g. eLearning) desired
    • Experience with Authoring Tools like Adobe Captivate, Articular Studio and Camtasia and with digital design tools like e.g., GIMP could be beneficial
    • Knowledge of transfer design beneficial
    • Strong stakeholder / customer focus
    • Strong quality orientation
    •  Interpersonal and intercultural competencies desired
    • Effective communication and building networks ability required
    • Very good English skills written and spoken
