Job role We are looking for a Recruiter (m/f/d) who is passionate about gaining in-depth understanding of the business to deliver a best-in-class candidate experience to our university talent pool. Responsibilities
In this role you will…
- Coordinate all interns/working students hirings as well as university events
- Manage administrative tasks, including offer presentation, preparing the necessary information for the Workers' Council validation of offers, updating systems, trackers and internal stakeholders;
- Work closely with multiple internal stakeholders to help Hiring Managers attract and hire the best university talents;
- Contribute to future-oriented talent attraction solutions while learning and further developing your skills in a dynamic and team-oriented environment;
- Help build and foster an attractive employer brand as well as support diversity and inclusion initiatives and measures applicable to the recruitment process;
- Contribute to ensure an excellent candidate experience;
- Monitor and steer together with internal stakeholders the recruiting process through constant collaboration and communication;
- Ensure that the interview process steps are compliant with functional rules and policies;
- Work closely with the business in elaborating and coordinating the university events calendar;
- Monitor and report the relevant KPIs to help the business make informed decisions with regards to their partnerships and participation to university events;
- Keep a constant flow of communication with school ambassadors, employer branding and all other relevant stakeholders.
Requirements
- 1+ years of working experience in human resources/people experience function, preferably in recruiting and/or any customer-facing roles, ideally in an international environment; Transferable skills from another job and high interest in recruiting would also qualify you;
- University Degree in a relevant field of activity or relevant work experience;
- Experience in relationship management and ability to partner closely with hiring managers in different countries;
- Strong customer focused attitude and prioritization skills;
- Fluency in German and English (written and spoken) is required;
- Experience or exposure to project management and process design is a plus (including coming from school projects);
- Excellent MS-Office skills.
