    Manpower is recruiting Ecommerce Platform adoption& deployment specialist for one of its clients, a leader in IT industry.

    As an eCommerce Platform adoption& deployment specialist you will support the adoption of ecommerce newly designed capabilities or programs, as well as participate in the earlier project phases of user acceptance testing. The ideal candidate will possess business skills to manage process improvement and/or projects from ideation to implementation, being part of a large project core team or leading medium complexity projects.

    Supporting the deployment of business processes and/or capabilities associated with the online sale of ecommerce product portfolio; This may include participating in the design of solutions, development of new or enhanced business processes and capabilities in support of company's customers/partners, and integrating information technology solutions according to one or more functions, business groups, or geography requirements.
    Responsibilities include leading or participating in project/program teams involving design, development, testing, support, training, management of change and deployment of new capabilities. Interacts with company's management, stakeholders, and operational teams to drive deployment efficiency and effectiveness to achieve KPIs.

    - BA or BS preferably Informatics, Technology or related field;
    - Previous experience in asset management, IT service management/ service delivery, technical subject matter expert or Operational process support;
    - Previous experience in a project deployment or solution implementation, either as a PM or part of the core project team;
    - eCommerce technology experience and knowledge, especially related to SAP ERP and B2B integrations and B2Bi Marketplaces that integrate supplier’s ecosystem to external customers ecosystem( i.e. Ariba, Coupa);
    - Experience in process and/or project management, business analysis, problem solving and/or process development& automation as an actual process/project manager or SME in larger projects;
    - Experienced with Microsoft suite especially Excel/ Access, Sharepoint, Visio and project management tools;
    - Good communication and presentation skills (verbal and written), being able to communicate effectively both on a peer-to-peer level and management;
    - Good analytical and problem-solving thinking;
    - Proficient in English, both written and verbal;
    - Excellent interpersonal skills.

    Responsabilitati

    Responsibilities:

    • Identifies and manages issues and workarounds in order to achieve alignment with project deployment scope and metrics;
    • Collaborates with operational teams and business stakeholders to gather business requirements, supporting the design of new or improved processes and understand business/customer impact;
    • Leads efforts to utilize quality improvement methodologies in process improvement approaches. Identifies the need for new processes as part of MOC as well as significant improvements to major processes and drives their development and implementation;
    • Accountable for key operational metrics for customer adoption and satisfaction;
    • Supports business & IT post-production support plan & resources;
    • Measurement and tracking of deployment.
