Manpower is recruiting Ecommerce hub trainer and operational process support for one of its client, a leader in IT industry.

As an eCommerce Platform adoption& deployment lead you will drive the adoption of ecommerce newly designed capabilities or programs, as well as participate in the earlier project phases of design, requirements and testing. You will be responsible for developing and implementing online strategies to drive customer adoption for increasing revenue through the online channel. The ideal candidate will possess business skills to manage projects and programs from ideation to implementation, being part of a large project core team or leading medium to high complexity projects.

• BA or BS preferably Informatics, Technology or related field;
• Previous experience as an operational trainer, process manager or subject matter expert with related trainings delivered;
• eCommerce technology experience and knowledge, especially related to SAP ERP and Hybris/ SalesCloud/ Commerce Cloud;
• Experience in process and/or project management, business analysis, problem solving and/or process development& automation;
• Experienced with Microsoft suite especially Excel/ Access, Sharepoint, Visio and project management tools;
• Excellent communication and presentation skills (verbal and written), including in virtual environments – mandatory;
• Good analytical and problem-solving thinking and having the ability as well to zoom out for a bigger picture of the business context;
• Strong business acumen: business degree or equivalent training and experience is a plus;
• Proficient in English, both written and verbal;
• Excellent interpersonal skills;
• High level of empathy, instructional design and active listening are mandatory soft skills;
• Strong influencing and consensus-building skills.

Responsibilities:

Onboard new employees within Operations team including eCommerce organization policies, procedures and practices;
Developing training materials and delivering training sessions for new processes, procedures or new released capabilities;
Assisting in developing policies and procedures for training and development programs;
Conducting evaluations of employees who may need additional training on their job functions and deliver custom training refreshers;
Active participation in Operational Business Best Practice sharing and in Continuous improvement forum;
Builds the bridge between Operations and Process & Capabilites team, by gathering feedback and improvement ideas;
Applies advanced subject matter knowledge to solve complex business issues and is regarded as a subject matter expert;
Frequently contribute to the development of new ideas and methods;
Works on medium/complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of multiple factors;
Lead and/or provides expertise to functional project teams and Operations and may participate in cross-functional initiatives;
Acts as an E2E expert providing direction and guidance in regards to Ecommerce organization body of processes and procedures;
Exercises significant independent judgment to determine best method for accomplishing work and achieving objectives.
